We handle the administrative process, coordinate with employers and payroll offices, and ensure every step complies with the regulatory framework that governs salary-backed and pension-backed lending in Italy. How we got here
Foundation
FIDES was established in Roma as an ente commissionario per facilitazioni rateali ai lavoratori — a delegated entity for facilitating instalment financing to workers. The founding purpose was simple: help employees access fair financing through a regulated, transparent process.
Building the facilitation framework
We developed our administrative process for facilitating salary-backed loans — coordinating with employers, payroll offices, and financial institutions to ensure every facilitation ran smoothly and complied with the regulatory framework governing salary assignment in Italy.
Extending to pensioners
Recognising that retirees faced the same need for fair, accessible financing — and that their pension income provided the same regular, verifiable basis — we extended our facilitation to pensioner loans, with terms designed to be sustainable on a fixed income.
Adding personal loans and consolidation
Beyond salary-backed and pension-backed structures, we added personal instalment loans and debt consolidation facilitation — giving workers and retirees a fuller range of instruments to cover life's needs and simplify existing obligations.
